Here is the formual when looking for deals: (ARV) After Repaired Value multiplied by Percent you want to buy at - Repairs – Fee you wish to make on wholesale deal. Ex $150k – 40% = $60k – $15K Repairs = $45k – wholesale fee $10K = 35k you should buy this property at.
